Recalculating alerts involves deleting the current alerts that occurred in a given period and recalculating new ones based on the settings in effect at the time of the recalculation. The selection of the period for which the recalculation takes place is of great importance. Note that alerts are calculated on the basis of details stored in the repository.
If you select a period in which there is no data in the DBPLUS repository, the alerts will be deleted and will not be recalculated due to lack of data. The calculation of alerts is based on historical data, the longer the period based on which the alert is calculated, the more accurate the trend will be and the alert will be more precise.
