Servers monitor - Application architecture

The module contains information on:

• List of monitored instances and the date of the last snapshot
• Status of the monitoring service
• Information on where the monitoring repository was created

List of monitored databases

Contains information about the list of monitored instances, as well as when the last snapshot for the monitored instance was taken. It also presents information on the date of the last activity of the SQL instance (connection from the monitoring service to the instance). With this information you can easily verify whether monitoring for a particular instance is carried out and when the last time a particular instance was monitored.

Monitoring service

Contains information about the current status of the DBPLUS SAPHANA CATCHER monitoring service, min. such information is available as:

• Service status
• Last activity of the service
• Memory usage on the server with the DBPLUS Performance application installed where the monitoring service is running
• CPU usage by the monitoring service

Through the [View service activity] functionality, you can verify the status of the service over a set period of time.

Repository information

Contains information about where the repository database is configured. The repository database contains monitoring statistics for all connected databases.
